Do you have ample secure parking?

Yes, we are in the privileged position to be able to offer customers ample, secure and lit parking which sets us apart from many other serviced office providers.

Are the serviced offices secure?

We assure a safe, secure working environment for you and your team. Take advantage of the business opportunities available through the Verat Space as we promise to deliver the optimum security package. We have CCTV throughout the whole building, on site security, external lighting and a dedicated event management team on site.

Do the serviced offices include office furniture?

Fully furnished offices are available, we have a wide variety of desks, chairs and storage units to meet your specific requirements. Unfinished offices are available which include no furniture.

What if I want to work outside of normal hours?

Office tenants are given 24-hour accessibility seven days a week. We are committed to providing the very best in serviced offices and we are focused on addressing your business needs to ensure you have a productive working environment at a time that suits you.

Do you offer any meeting room facilities?

Whether you are organising a meeting, require a conference room or planning an event, we have the right space for you. We have a range of meeting rooms and conference rooms available to hire by the hour, half day or day to cater for your event.

Do you have a manned reception?

Yes, the Verat Space has a full-time receptionist working Monday to Friday from 9am-5pm office hours.

What is the minimum rental term agreement?

The minimum rental term agreement is six months.

All questions we had were addressed in a timely manner. The staff were always there with a smile to support when needed.

The Verat Space is very accommodating. We held our November sales meeting there and were catered for admirably, with a selection of breakfast pastries on arrival, then sandwiches at lunch. Teas and coffees are provided throughout the day and the space is your own. It was a clean, light and airy room that was large enough to take up to 20 or so people with ease of connectivity to a large screen at the front of the room for screen sharing, perfect for any meeting in a neutral space.

Highly recommended for offsite meetings with the bonus of overlooking the factory and seeing the Railex manufacturing process in action.

Just a note to say thank you so much for your hospitality this morning in the Pendle Suite. We really enjoyed the modern and spacious room with open kitchen facilities that allowed our clients to relax and concentrate on the workshop we ran. We used the Pendle Suite for a Nutrition workshop and booked the space for the morning. The open space and movability within the room made it very easy to interact with others, as this was a big factor of the workshop. The facilities in the room are great; an easy-to-use interactive board, ample seating, stationery and dedicated kitchen space, equipped with fresh coffee, pastries, orange juice and more - exactly what is needed for a morning workshop! The booking process and organisation couldn't be faulted, which makes life much easier when booking small or large events. I'd definitely recommend as an exceptional space for meetings, workshops, networking and much more.

As an instructor I felt the facilities at Verat space were excellent. The Audi visual set up was superb and easy to connect. The room was well lit and enough space for 12 trainees and tutor ( you did not feel closed in). A great choice of buffet and very nice coffee/Tea. Parkway Insurance Ltd ( Northern office) has been using Verat Space since February 2019.

Its ideally positioned with close access to the M61, M6 and M65.

The offices have a professional atmosphere, whilst being comfortable with good lighting and shared access to kitchen / dining room facilities.

WOW! What a fantastic venue! the Verat Space in Chorley is absolutely perfect for us. From the second you walk through the front door to reception there is a professional feel to the place. Just the image for DGF First Aid Training. the larger room meets our needs, with a multi-media screen, tables, chairs, floorspace, and of course a well-stocked kitchenette! Having used The Verat Space several times now I can honestly say that I have always found the staff helpful and all areas clean and tidy. A proper jewel in the crown for training delivery in Chorley.

We were very pleased with the meeting format this morning. The lovely lady at the door was very welcoming and the list I sent worked well. It was lovely to meet you and see the facilities available. The Pendle suite worked well for the type of meeting we had booked and was a good fit for 25 people, the screen was easy to use and lovely refreshment facilities. Even when the car park was full there was plenty of other parking close by.

44 Consult moved to the Verat Space last year. The location for us is perfect, central to all our projects around the North West. We moved in and were up and running within hours with Stephanie and the Verat team making us really welcome. Since then the other studios have filled up with a vibrant mix of specialist firms. Our office is private and quiet and the conferencing facilities are impressive, high tech and really well managed, with many business networking groups now being run from the space, including construction and property events, which is handy for us. We love the Verat Space.

We recently had a wonderful day, hosted by Verat Space. The room was very clean and modern, with fresh juice, tea/coffee and biscuits and a range of technology available which made presenting to the room a dream. Our hosts Stephanie and Claire were fantastic, they went above and beyond to help us and treated us to a very tasty lunch, which included cake! The facilities are in a perfect location, easily accessible from the motorway. This was really important for us as we had delegates travelling from across the North West. If you are looking to hire a meeting/conference/training space I would highly recommend Verat Space.

our networking group have been using the Verat Space for the last few years, the staff are welcoming even at 7am and always at hand to help. The service is top notch keeping us all topped up with tea coffee orange pastries and fruit.we also have breakfast at the end of our meeting Sausage, bacon or egg, they also provide gluten free for one of our members.I would 100% recommend for a meeting place :)

We meet every two weeks at the Pendle Suite and have done for at-least a couple of years for a networking meeting. The room is excellent with all the facilities we need and we are really well looked after by Claire and Steph from a friendly early morning greeting when we arrive to making sure we have everything we need during the meeting. Highly recommended the venue.

We had a really productive day in the Pendle Suite, facilities were great, lovely open space wifi worked perfectly, with access to refreshments of endless coffee, tea, juice and water. But most importantly the service was wonderful from being met at reception to throughout the day the team were always happy to help. Thank you we will definitely be back.

We use Verat Space to run one of our specialism courses. The room itself is fantastic, very spacious and well presented. The facilities are top notch and Steph ensures that everything is set up correctly in plenty of time. As well as all this, the price is extremely competitive.I would recommend Verat Space to anybody for any type of meeting or course.

Verat Space’s meeting room that we use is excellent.I would go as far as to say the chairs provided are the best meeting room chairs I’ve sat in, a testament to the investment they have made.The TV/ presentation system is also great and easy to use, and the choice of refreshments and food that are provided a good. The bacon and sausage sandwiches are both delicious, making it hard to choose between them.
